Run2Beat is built on the assumption that you provide your own music files — and that you have the right to use them. These terms spell out what that means.

By downloading or using Run2Beat (“the App”), you agree to the following terms.
1. Licence
Run2Beat grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
2. Music Files and Copyright
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any music files you import into Run2Beat. The App is intended for use with music you own or have licensed. We do not condone the use of copyrighted material without proper authorisation.
3. Apple Watch Sync
The Apple Watch sync feature transfers audio files to your paired Apple Watch. By using this feature, you confirm that the files you sync comply with applicable copyright laws.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
